Architect: Studio Gang
The 23-story residential skyscraper, known as Parcel F, will be the last structure constructed in the 28-acre coastal San Francisco development’s initial phase.
The Studio Gang-designed building will have glazed ceramic tiles covering it and will be set back from the street. Paved public and communal areas will encircle it, leading to a range of stores at the base.
There will be staggered public terraces at the base of the structure, starting on the third floor with an outdoor space connected to an interior double-height volume.
