GEL is a sustainable building located in Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Minhang Campus. It is dedicated to research on sustainable HVAC technologies and has three floors with a total surface area of 1500 sqm and a maximum height of 18.15 m. The first two floors will house laboratories and offices, while the third floor will simulate residential living conditions. The building will be certified according to the LEED standard and is expected to receive a Gold Level Certification.
