Location: Hangzhou, China.

The project consists of two high-rise slab buildings located in Hangzhou, China. The buildings are divided into two sections by function, with the bottom two floors used as commercial podiums. Building A has 20 small bay apartment-office floors, while Building B has common large bay offices above the second floor. The basement is mainly used as a parking garage for vehicles and bicycles, with productive functional rooms for postal deliveries and staff canteens around the sunken square. The structure of the podiums inside the buildings is clear and represents corresponding functions. The overall appearance is simple and carefully designed, consistent with the building style of modern high-grade offices. The buildings are 20m deep with good lighting and aeration. The project is located on Tianmushan Road and takes into account the natural conditions of the site, arranging the buildings along the street and enclosing a relatively quiet courtyard in the north part. The exterior face is expressed with ground glass and transparent glass, combined with double layer elevation, and the interface to the inside with stone and glass curtain to meet the requirements on the directions and form the different expressions.
