Location: Wuhan, China.

Architect: Dietmar Eberle.

Baumschlager Eberle Architekten has completed its largest construction project to date, a mixed-use building in China with over 361,000 m² of gross floor area. The building includes offices, shops, and apartments, and features a multi-storey elevated zone that serves as the communal core of the city. The design incorporates neglected contextuality, which is important for new developments in China. The Hong Kong office of Baumschlager Eberle Architekten led the project.
