The Jardins de la Culture project in Riom, France involved the construction of a cinema with three halls and 550 seats, an exhibition hall, and a conference room. The project was carried out by Riom Limagne et Volcans and SAS Cineriom, with design by Tracks, Batiserf, Choulet, BMF, and Altia. The total cost was 3.86 million euros and the building has a surface area of 1,845 square meters. It was completed in December 2018 and has been nominated for the AMO 2019 award in the “Best Urban Catalyst” category. The project also won the Grand Prix de la Salle Innovante awarded by the CNC.
