The Euromed Center is a large complex located in the La Joliette business district of Marseille, France. The complex includes offices, a hotel, commercial spaces, a cinema, and a wellness center. The architecture, designed by Fuksas, features fluid and sculptural forms that integrate well with the surrounding greenery. The office towers are made of glass with shading facades to avoid creating a barrier on the waterfront. The multiplex, owned by Europacorp, has 16 screens and is located near the commercial and leisure areas. The Marriott-owned 4-star hotel has 210 rooms and a wellness center. The conference center includes a large hall and several modular rooms for meetings, seminars, and private events. The complex also has a 950-space parking lot and a garden that serves as a hub for cultural events and exhibitions. The architecture of the Euromed Center aims to create emotions and a new urban identity for Marseille. The complex is designed to be a generator of urbanity, with complementarity between the interior and exterior spaces. The project aims to create a new geography that gives the physical place its identity. The complex is part of the Cité de le Méditerranée development program and is a platform for international exchanges and meetings in culture and economy.
