A 30,733 square metre office building is available for lease in Barcelona’s 22@ technical sector. It is now the tallest building of its sort in the neighbourhood, standing 17 stories high. A longitudinal feature that provides an elevation towards the street is the ground floor. Moreover, it houses the landings for the outside emergency stairs on both ends as well as a porch that extends into the block’s chamfers and faces the park from the back elevation. This longitudinal component houses the main entrance to the offices, a gym-ready hall, service rooms, and the ramp leading to the underground parking lot.
