The site’s topography, hydrology, soil, and vegetation are all sensitive to environmental factors because it is situated in an alluvial fan with a catchment lake in the centre. The resort’s location, which is the most open area along the Fuchun River and is 1.5 hour drive from Hangzhou City, is anticipated to develop into a rural leisure and vacation destination that is modelled after the scene in the well-known Yuan Dynasty painting “Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains.” Also, as the first upscale hotel in the region, it is predicted to serve as a catalyst for the growth of local tourism and contribute positively to the revitalization of the surrounding area.
