The In-Bund Office Building is located on the east bank of the Huangpu River and was originally the Xinhua Wharf Industrial Building. The architects have re-designed the façade to let natural light flood in, creating a unique style. Shanghai Memories is the major interior design concept and the facade materials and spatial features of external balconies were adapted to the atrium design. The office environment includes octagonal columns and a roof garden with a variety of public spaces.
