Casa Grand Coral is a flexible single-family project designed to meet the needs of potential inhabitants on the Rivera Maya corridor. It is composed of modular spaces arranged in many different configurations in a single structure, with a land occupation coefficient of 1.30, a maximum height of 12 meters, and 3 floors. The form of the façade is determined by the function, with spans, voids, and enclosures reflecting the internal definition of each space. Wooden columns and beams are employed, making them lighter than a conventional concrete structure.
