IA49 focused on the quality of the materials, like golden teak and marble work, which line the two housing types’ floors, walls, and ceilings. Art and decorative pieces reflect a Thai influence with a contemporary flair, while warm colour tones provide a sense of comfortability suitable for families. Each bedroom is designed with a distinct characteristic, reflecting the lifestyles of its residents. The two-storey housing structure perfectly demonstrates the importance of attention to detail.
