The LSB headquarters emphasized visual impact and street exposure with a limited-size branch on the ground floor, creating an expansive public plaza. To house the upper floor offices, the building expands and cantilevers above the green public plaza, shading the offices below and the public outdoor area and sheltering it from the rain.
