TIC Art Center is a public project that covers various aspects of design including landscape, architecture, interior, and products, encouraging citizens to participate and enjoy enriched experiences. The project has become a significant landmark attracting numerous visitors and contributing to the brand and land value in the area. Furthermore, the project has stimulated the traditional clay brick manufacturing industry through its innovative and creative utilization of the material.

The landscape creates a professional ambience that leads visitors to the building. The circulation pathways are divided into two levels with red clay bricks utilized as a guide towards the building from various directions. Meanwhile, the garden area provides an open and accessible space for visitors to rest and relax. The architecture of the building follows the Passive Design method, which minimizes energy consumption through its double-layer curtain walls with clay brick grids and cavities. As a traditional and cultural symbol, the material choice of clay brick provides a unique façade texture and presents a possible technical solution to the renewal of traditional materials. With its innovative use of traditional materials and modern construction techniques, the TIC Art Center project exemplifies a successful and sustainable development model for public urban landmark projects.
