The Global Mino Land Life Experience Hall is situated in the southwest of Jinzhou Development Zone, Dalian, and is designed to interact with the environment. The building is surrounded by natural resources, and the south side of the base is flat and near the sea, providing a wide vista. The architects created a set of dynamic spaces that provide an experience to feel the spatial structure in person. The loop-shaped reception area is the first space that visitors encounter, and it features a circular curtain full of golden scales that flutter in the breeze and reflect sunlight from different angles. Visitors then ascend the stone stairs to enter a gallery on the south side, which offers a splendid view of the vast blue sea on the right side and a quiet pond of water on the left side. The corridor is designed with delicacy and tranquillity, featuring landscapes that vary as the visitor proceeds. At the end of the corridor, there is a square courtyard in the open air, covering an area of 2,600㎡, where the grand natural scenery and exquisite artificial landscapes coexist.

The visitor can enjoy a view of the courtyard in the background of the sea from the second floor, depicting the harmony between nature and humans. The building’s construction methods gradually lead visitors to open spaces with grand views, and the spacious courtyard delimits a space out of tune with nature. However, humans within the space have built a connection with nature outside the space. In summary, the Global Mino Land Life Experience Hall is designed to engage with the environment and provide visitors with a unique experience of the spatial structure. The building’s dynamic spaces, including the loop-shaped reception area, gallery, corridor, and courtyard, offer visitors a splendid view of the sea and natural resources. The building’s construction methods gradually lead visitors to open spaces with grand views, and the spacious courtyard delimits a space out of tune with nature, but humans within the space have built a connection with nature outside the space.
