The colours yellow, blue, and red are fundamental in the colour aesthetics of Maike Group’s office. Yellow represents warmth and acceptance, blue is the corporate colour, and red represents the glory of Maike’s development. The design of the office reflects the architectural characteristics of the Maike Center building, using geometrical elements and round corners. The installation in the reception lobby brings the mountainous ranges of Qinling into the inner space using contour lines and natural elements. The reception desk combines mechanical aesthetics, visual tension, and lighting, while the stairs connect the upper and lower levels with transparent glasses and natural green plants. The use of casual office furniture and appropriate lighting design caters to the real needs of employees for a functionalised space, open spaces for negotiations and discussions, and recreational space for tea breaks.
