The Forest Tower at Camp Adventure Park is a new attraction in Denmark that offers visitors a unique experience of walking above the treetops and enjoying the stunning nature of the preserved forest from a new perspective. The tower and boardwalk are designed to be accessible to all, regardless of their physical condition, and are constructed from weathered steel and locally sourced oak to blend in with the natural environment. The tower is shaped in a hyperbolic geometry to enhance the visitor experience and increase the observation deck area at the top of the tower. The ramp leading to the tower is a sculptural element that offers step-free access to all visitors and makes the journey to the top a unique experience of shifting intimacy. The Forest Tower is part of Camp Adventure, an existing adventure sports facility that includes treetop climbing and aerial zip lines. The forest is home to several natural biotopes such as lakes, creeks, and wetlands, and the elevated boardwalk leading to the tower was designed to make the forest accessible to everyone without disrupting the natural environment. The tower and boardwalk offer spectacular 360o panoramic views over the surroundings and are a must-visit destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
