The Alibaba Headquarters in China is a modern workplace that covers 150,000 square metres of open plan office space. The design is based on connectivity, clarity, and community, with a focus on creating a positive and healthy environment for informal and creative meetings. The workplace features hubs, internal and external streets, bridges, roof terraces, and destination points to encourage collaboration. The design has won awards for office architecture and commercial space, and it reinforces Alibaba’s corporate community aspirations while setting new international standards in workplace design.
