Location: Mueng, Thailand.
Architect: Hypothesis.
The Boost project was initiated by racing athletes who needed a place for their racing team, maintenance, and to enhance their physical and mental performance. The Hypothesis team added additional programming to meet the needs and preferences of other owners, such as Muay Thai, fitness exercise, healthy foods, and socializing. The project includes a fully integrated fitness facility, restaurants with muscle-building and healthy foods, and a liquor bar at night. There is also a comprehensive car care center, a Muay Thai section for underprivileged children, and a Muay Thai camp named TBM. The project is organized into four buildings, with the main building housing the restaurant and fitness center, and a linking bridge to the Boost car racing part. Building 3 is a section for Muay Thai exercise, and building 4 is a high hall for Muay Thai sports. The project uses a galvanized welded mesh to create a facade with a moire pattern, and the logo and corporate identity were designed by Hypothesis. The project is named Boost and uses orange as a catalyst for those who use it. The facade and lighting were designed to be both an external link project label and an element of interior design.
