This is a ground-breaking structure that effectively incorporates the idea of industrialization throughout the entire process, from conceptualization and design to construction. AA-level national prefabricated building rating. It achieves a high rate of prefabrication (76.28%). One of the four great inventions of ancient China, “movable type printing” served as the architectural model for the building facade. Five conventional window unit components are arranged and combined to create a distinctive industrialised office building facade texture. The main facade’s concrete material contrasts sharply and delicately with three sets of exterior red metal steps, perfectly showcasing the character of industrialised office buildings.

Two tall atriums and three exterior recesses are utilised through clever spatial planning to provide year-round good natural ventilation as well as softer, more consistent natural lighting. To create efficient shading with plants, a setback design is employed on the west side of the inner courtyard in the south of the building. Tall trees are planted on the setback. Light pipes that use less electricity allow sunshine to enter the basement. The building can use hot water and energy more wisely and environmentally friendly thanks to solar thermal and photovoltaic technologies. In this project, the architect also served as the interior designer.
