Real estate developer CIFI has opened a sales centre in Chongqing, southwest China, that is designed to appeal to the city’s affluent millennials. The building, which can be repurposed as a restaurant or club house after the sales phase is over, is intended to represent a living concept in harmony with nature and with a sense of spaciousness. The two-storey, fully glazed building is designed to merge with the surrounding landscape and foster a dialogue between nature and art. The lower floor is dedicated to brand and place, while the upper floor introduces the construction project itself, its architecture and design. The various components of the offering – nature, culture and project – are illuminated from different perspectives and presented in the best light, also using multimedia. The sales centre is intended to offer visitors a relaxing and informative experience, and to introduce them to a whole new way of living.
