The Jade Island project is located in the Yantian District of Shenzhen, in the port area. The aim of the project is to provide a new leisure tourist destination for the eastern coastal scenic area, as well as becoming an important commercial supporting service facility for the future urban renewal of Yantian Port Area. The project will integrate the site with the surrounding park and become an ocean landscape landmark. The project will have multi-level open space based on horizontal lines, which will form many corridors from mountain to sea. The project will also have soft coastal architecture, with the main building modeled softly to avoid too rigid an impact. The cross-floor terrace will provide a platform for both low office and high hotel to integrate into the natural environment. The project will have a landmark coastal building with horizontal lines and balcony roof gardens. The shape of the project will be completed and optimized based on parametric design, which can accurately control the shape until the completion of construction. The project will have a concave hyperboloid glass with low-E coating, which is a world-class problem. The Jade Island project will become one of the top leisure and vacation marine complexes in Shenzhen. It will be a landmark that can represent the characteristics of Shenzhen’s coastal area, as well as a new entertainment experience with the surrounding coastal park.
