The project involves the rehabilitation of an old hotel into a cultural space while preserving historical elements such as frescoes, timber framing, arches, and old beams. The plan includes the creation of a conference room, a restaurant, and an underground parking area. The existing spaces will also be renovated to serve as exhibition halls.
