Mashhad Construction engineering is a place for engineers to communicate and gather. The building has a passage on the ground level that connects two streets and creates a void that guides pedestrian flow inside the building. In Iran, the public hall and amphitheater are important spaces for construction engineering organizations. The spatial organization of these two spaces reflects the professional mission of construction engineering and forms the spatial organization of the entire building. The public and gathering spaces are located on the closest levels to the ground and are directly connected to the void and urban space. The void is inspired by traditional Iranian constructions and defines the entrance and configuration of the complex.
