The Saint-Raphaël Multiplex consists of two underground levels with 150 parking spaces, a bus station with 10 platforms, passenger waiting areas, and seven cinemas with a total capacity of 1350 seats. The site is located near a railway line, making it particularly sensitive. The project is made up of three distinct volumes and is clad in Tecu GOLD copper sheets, giving it a unique and innovative appearance.
