Raffles City Hangzhou is a sustainable urban hub designed by UNStudio for CapitaLand, located in Hangzhou, China. The mixed-use development is situated in Qianjiang New Town near the Qiantang River and covers almost 400,000 square metres across two 250-metre towers, a podium building, and a surrounding plaza. Hangzhou is known for its scenic landscapes and is one of China’s most prosperous cities. The development forms a prominent landmark in Hangzhou’s new central business district and offers spaces for living, working, and leisure.
