Shanneng Smart Industry Building, with a total land area of 11,155 square metres and a total investment of 1.46 billion RMB, is situated in Jiangdong New Area Economic Zone (ecological CBD) in Haikou, China. A multidimensional, three-dimensional, and ecological garden space has been developed in the Haikou Economic Zone area as a result of the development of an ecological CBD base. The area’s planning utilises a “narrow road dense network” to build an open block and a core vitality space for a variety of complicated and distinctive experiences of vitality venues.

The project’s design indicates its status as a commercial gateway in Jiangdong New District, creates a landmark structure, and symbolises the effectiveness of the business gateway building and the openness of serving the public while adhering strictly to the higher planning restrictions. The building’s main body is formed by the image of the two towers in the shape of a continuous portal in accordance with the site’s characteristics. Additionally, the building’s ground floor is closely connected to the city, preserving the possibility of buildings on the south side having views of the sea. The hotel’s upper levels offer expansive views of the ocean and surrounding scenery.

The Shanneng Smart Industry Building aspires to develop an urban-like environment, shape the image of a business portal, and design a vibrant commercial complex and upscale business hub. The project strives for environmentally friendly design and has already earned a Pre-LEED Gold Certificate. The building’s design creates a traditional “Twin Towers Gateway” structure in Haikou Jiangdong and a new city landmark by making the most of the area’s seascape.
