The Jinsha River, the Minjiang River, and the Yangtze River all meet in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, where the project is situated. The first city on the Yangtze River, Yibin, is well known as the “Bamboo Capital of China”

The architecture of the viewing platform and cultural centre is zoned clearly and is of a single design. The building’s main entrance is positioned on the east side of the mountain’s summit in keeping with the site’s natural features. The usage of overhanging floors increases space transparency and creates an open pattern with a complete field of vision. The highest point of the structure is on the south side, this vast rooftop platform offers a beautiful view of Yibin. Due to the intense vegetation on the northwest side, there is a peaceful inner courtyard area. Three exhibition rooms of “Mountain, Water and Bamboo” are situated based on the local culture: the main entrance is on the east side, the highest observation rooftop platform is on the south side, and the inner courtyard is on the northwest side.
