The Magic Faraway Tree is a residential project located in Bangalore, India. The project consists of 72 duplex apartments and 2 penthouses in a 19-storey single tower. The apartments are designed to embrace nature, with each duplex apartment featuring a private double height terrace garden with a water body and wood deck. The lower level of the apartment houses the formal living, dining, kitchen, and utility space, as well as a guest bedroom, while the upper level houses the master bedroom suite, children’s bedroom, study, and family space. The interior of each apartment is custom designed based on the lifestyle and functional needs of each family, with in-house made furniture. The exterior façade is entirely in exposed brick, with 10mm deep grooves around the bricks, and two large panels of brick jaali walls adorn the East and West facades of the tower. The project is designed for young professionals who aspire for a simple but high-quality contemporary lifestyle.
