The Outlets at Lipa is a 9-hectare outdoor retail development in between Lipa and Malvar, Batangas. It is designed around ideas of walkability and human scale, incorporating a porous and circulatory path to create a dynamic and enjoyable shopping experience. The architecture is light and simple to emphasize the landscape and porosity, and the integration of the football field is central to the project’s driving principle to be a playful space for entertainment and retail. The main street runs through the central axis of the complex and the outlets are spread out on each side of the spine. The Outlets reimagines the shopping experience by combining commerce and community.
