The proposed urban planning concept for Longcheng Square aims to connect important transportation points and create a three-dimensional park within the urban area. The idea is to continue the “fabric” of the City by following a “mixed” approach to urban planning, which will connect the green landscape of Longcheng Square with the city. The roofs of buildings will contain gardens, creating a smooth connection between the gardens and indoor businesses to add to the commercial value. The two blocks of residentials were split into three to take advantage of the land area limit and control the width of the buildings. The skyline is gentle and comfortable to the eye, with no visual blockings. Overall, the proposed concept aims to create a unique and functional public space that adds value to the city.
