Moldova’s Villa Domes is close to Chisinau. It offers a space with three functional areas: leisure, green area, and common area. It is designed for a family of four people. Among the amenities are a deck, a pool, and a fire pit. The living area and exterior are visibly integrated as a result of the huge windows. In the summer, the garden’s green space provides shade and doubles as a kids’ play area. The greenery becomes a part of the bedroom, giving the impression that nature is closer than you think.
The layout of the house was designed to discourage using the hallways and make the living room the hub for communication between all of the rooms. The technological zone is divided from the main living space, as well as the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, thanks to the metal frame grid that performs the proper positioning of the rooms. The primary entrance to the property is next to the service area. The sleeping quarters face southeast towards the garden. The villa, which is surrounded by enormous glass windows, evokes a sense of connection with nature in spite of the tiny size of the land. It is like a “living” canvas. This structure stands out from its surroundings, and the materials—wood, concrete, and other—evolve with time.
